From REO To Dream Home
See what you can do to turn one of our REOs into the home of your dreams. Below are some of the renovations Alayna and I have completed on our own REO properties and those of investors that have worked with us. We do some of the work ourselves and use local contractors as required, especially for the electrical and plumbing work. The photos below show the actual condition of the REO properties before and after completion of the project.
Don’t ever think that a project is too big – most of the homes we have renovated were completely redone, from top to bottom. Note the first set of before and after photos: If you look closely, you will see that the master bath double bowl sink actually took the place of a barrel sink someone made. So enjoy, look at ALL of the projects - be inspired and dream - if we can do it, you definitely can!
